Complaints book

As required by Portuguese law, you can make a complaint through the official electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações). The trader’s details are: Tiago Silva / Print3dCell, Pombal, Leiria, Portugal.

Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution

In case of a consumer dispute, you may use an approved out-of-court consumer dispute resolution entity (Law 144/2015). These are the consumer arbitration and mediation centres that belong to the national network of consumer dispute resolution.

  • The list of approved entities, and the one competent for your area, is available on the Consumer Portal (consumidor.gov.pt).
  • Which centre is competent normally depends on where you live or where the contract was made.
  • Using these procedures does not affect your right to go to the courts.

Print3dCell is not obliged to submit, and has not committed to submit, to out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedures. We will, however, always consider in good faith any proposal made through an approved entity.

Customers in other EU countries

If you live in another EU country, you can contact the European Consumer Centre in your country, or the Portuguese European Consumer Centre (Centro Europeu do Consumidor), which helps consumers with cross-border purchases. You can also use the dispute resolution bodies available in your country of residence.
