1. Who is responsible for your data
This website, print3dcell.com, is operated by Tiago Silva / Print3dCell, tax number (NIF) 245608842, based at Pombal, Leiria, Portugal (“Print3dCell”, “we”). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can contact us about your data at info@print3dcell.com.
2. What data we collect
- Orders and accounts: name, email, phone, billing and delivery address, your NIF if you ask for an invoice with it, the items you order and, if you create an account, your login details.
- Payments: payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not store your card number. We receive confirmation that the payment was made.
- Quote and contact forms: name, email, phone, vehicle and part details, your message and any file you attach.
- Sign in with Google (optional): if you choose it, we receive your name and email from Google.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information and pages visited, kept in security and server logs so the site works and stays secure.
3. Why we use your data, and our legal basis
- To process and deliver your order, and to handle withdrawals, returns and guarantee claims (performance of a contract).
- To issue invoices and keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
- To reply to your quote requests and messages (steps before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering you).
- To keep the website secure and prevent fraud and spam (legitimate interest).
- To use analytics or marketing cookies, only if you accept them (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.
We do not make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not sell your data.
4. Who we share your data with
- Payment providers (for example for card, PayPal, MB WAY or Multibanco payments).
- Carriers, such as CTT and its partners, to deliver your order.
- Providers that help us run the site (hosting, email and security) and our accountant.
- Public authorities, when the law requires it.
We share only what is needed for each purpose.
5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When this happens we rely on safeguards recognised by EU law, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep your data
- Orders and invoices: for the period required by Portuguese tax and accounting law.
- Your account: until you delete it or ask us to.
- Quotes and messages: as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then deleted or anonymised.
- Security logs: for a short period only.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies so the shop works: they keep your cart, checkout and login. They are always on and do not need your consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the shop works either way.
- woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_*: cart and checkout (essential).
- wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*, wp-settings-*: login and your screen settings (essential, only when you sign in).
- p3d_consent: remembers your cookie choice for 180 days (essential).
- p3d_lang: remembers your language (English or Portuguese) for one year (essential). On your first visit we use the country of your connection, without storing it, to choose the language.
- Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*): only if we enable it and you accept analytics cookies.
- Google Ads and Google tag (_gcl_*, _gac_*): only if you accept marketing cookies. They measure whether an ad led to a purchase.
Google Ads conversion measurement. If you accept marketing cookies and you buy from us after seeing one of our ads, Google Ads receives the details of the order (the order value and, in a secured form, your email address and address) so it can tell us which ads led to a sale. Google processes this data under its own terms and may transfer it outside the EU. If you do not accept marketing cookies, nothing is sent. You can withdraw your choice at any time with Cookie settings.
You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings.
